3. Cancellations and Refunds

b) If an order is cancelled after the restaurant starts preparing the food, the cancellation may not be possible, and no refunds will be issued.
c) If the delivered food is not as per the order or damaged during delivery, a refund or replacement may be issued, subject to the discretion of the management.
